TPAOS has outsourcing facilities in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam and Cebu, Philippines.  Our Vietnam operation is dedicated to production.  Outsourcing your 5500's, actuarial valuations, 401k compliance testing or simple number crunching tasks provides your company with improved adaptability to changing environments and increased profitability.  Business hours in Vietnam are from 8 pm to 5 am CST.  Our Filipino operation is dedicated to processing customer service requests as needed.  Our business hours are from 8 am to 5 pm EST.  Working during the same time as the United States provides your company the option of outsourcing that plan amendment that needs to be signature ready by lunch or communicate with the plan participant about their hardship distribution that has to be processed the same hour it's received.
